1、财经分析与经营管理方法论体系搭建与沉淀：联动垂向业务团队，形成覆盖 “业务场景 - 分析框架 - 核心指标 - 输出标准” 的完整体系，提炼典型业务打法； 2、标准化工具与模版抽象固化：针对消费电子业务特性，将提炼的方法论抽象为标准化分析模版 / 工具，并推广不断优化； 3、业务打法与经营最佳实践总结与跨团队推广：跟踪各垂向团队的优秀应用案例，筛选 “高价值、可复制” 的实践，向其他产品线或业务线推广； 4、业务支持与方法迭代优化：深度对接 1-2 个核心垂向业务线，提供定制化 FP&A 与经营管理支持，确保体系的实用性与前瞻性； 5、跨部门协同与能力赋能：联动技术、流程团队，推动标准化工具与公司数据平台的对接，提升全链路效率；定期组织 FP&A 能力培训，帮助非财经团队理解财务逻辑，推动 “业财协同” ； 6、中长期可选择继续在总部做经营分析专家，或是垂向条线做经营分析 BP,跟踪业务的进展，挖掘业务机会点，支持业务增长。

1、工作经验：5-10 年工作经验，有管理咨询公司经历，具备互联网成长类业务 / 消费电子创新品牌方FP&A 相关经验者优先； 2、精通消费电子经营管理典型方法论，了解产品盈利分析、增长分析，渠道费用ROI 测算、库存供应链优化、全面预算管理等典型方法论； 3、较强的数据分析与建立经营模型的能力，能独立设计分析框架，并与数据技术团队合作，形成可视化产品或报表工具； 4、有体系落地经验，能通过培训、手册等方式推动跨团队推行和落地； 5、有较好的 “创业精神”，对国际化市场、创新消费电子行业有热情，具备优秀的沟通与协同能力。
