1. 商业秘密识别与定密管理： 联合研发、业务等部门建立并维护核心商业秘密台账，设计分级分类框架，制定定密、降密、解密标准，定期组织各部门开展资产盘点与动态更新 2. 保密制度建设与 SOP 落地： 制定和完善商业秘密保护制度、各类保密协议模板，建立商业秘密全生命周期管理流程，推动 SOP 在各部门执行落地 3. 员工全周期保密管控： 主导入职背景确认、在职权限分级管理、离职数据审查与权限回收全流程；重点关注核心人员离职场景，确保商业秘密不随人员流动外泄 4. 保密体系运营与合规审计： 定期开展商业秘密风险评估与合规审计，识别薄弱环节并推动整改；跟踪相关法规动态，配合法务及时修订内部制度 5. 技术防护协同推动： 协同技术团队推动 DLP、IRM、UEBA 等工具的策略配置与运营，基于业务场景提出防护需求并验收落地效果； 6. 泄密事件应急处置： 建立并演练泄密事件响应 SOP，明确各部门分工；事件发生时协调 IT 完成证据留存，推动跨部门快速协同处置 7. 安全意识培训与文化建设： 设计分层级保密培训体系（全员/核心岗位/管理层），结合真实案例开展宣导，推动保密文化融入日常业务运营

任职要求 1. 本科及以上，信息安全、计算机、管理学、工学等相关专业；具备合规/法务学习背景者加分 2. 3年以上以下任一方向经验：信息安全合规运营、数据安全治理、企业内控与风险管理、保密体系建设 3. 有从 0 到 1 搭建或主导运营保密管理体系、数据安全治理体系的实际项目经验 4. 了解 DLP、IRM、UEBA 等工具基本原理，能向技术团队提出清晰的业务防护需求（侧重需求提出与结果验收，不要求自行操作工具） 5. 具备强跨部门协调能力，能在无直接汇报关系下推动 HR、IT、业务等多部门协同落地 6. 对保密相关法律法规有基本认知（《反不正当竞争法》《数据安全法》核心条款），理解法律要件对体系建设的指导意义 7. 风险敏感度强，能快速识别高风险场景并启动预案 优先考虑 - 有数据安全体系从 0 到 1 建设经验 - 来自新能源、消费电子、芯片/半导体等技术资产密集型行业 - 有内部泄密事件调查或应急响应实战经历
