岗位概述： 负责结构失效分析的方法论建设和 AI 化。定义根因分析的 AI 逻辑，审核 AI 推荐的根因假设，将结构失效分析经验转化为 AI 可执行的规则体系（8D 报告自动化规则），推动失效分析从救火式分析向事前排雷转型。 岗位职责： 1、失效分析体系建设：构建结构失效分析的完整方法论框架，覆盖失效模式识别、根因分析、CAPA、经验沉淀全流程；建立跨品类结构失效模式标准化库（疲劳断裂/脆性断裂/密封老化等分类）； 2、AI 根因分析规则定义：定义根因分析的 AI 逻辑规则，使 AI 能够基于失效现象自动匹配历史案例、推荐根因假设（含置信度），自动生成 8D 报告初稿； 3、AI 审核与迭代：确认 AI 推荐的根因，完善 8D 报告，持续优化 AI 根因分析的准确率；建立材料寿命预测与失效预警机制； 4、失效件规范建设（FRB）：制定结构失效件接收标准和拆解 SOP；建立客诉三分类判定准则（设计/制造/误用）中的结构失效判定规范，明确误用与设计缺陷的边界。 岗位要求： 1、学历：本科及以上（硕士优先），材料科学、机械工程、失效分析或相关专业； 2、经验：8 年以上失效分析经验，其中有失效分析方法论建设或设计规范编写经验者优先； 3、专业技能：精通结构失效分析技术（断口分析 SEM/EDS、金相分析、力学性能测试、无损检测）；精通根因分析方法（5 Why、FTA、鱼骨图、DOE）；精通 8D 报告编写和 CAPA 跟踪； 4、规则资产化能力：有过将失效分析经验写成部门标准或设计规范的实际经历（需主导输出，非仅参与），能将结构失效知识转化为 AI 可推理的结构化规则库
