1，统招本科及以上学历，计算机、信息工程、企业管理等相关专业优先； 2，从企业长期经营和建设IT核心竞争力出发，具备极优秀的企业经营管理全局意识和主人翁精神，具备体系化IT产品建设思路和方法论，并有多年领域产品规划管理和实践经验； 3，具备主导对应产品领域的评估和体系建设能力和经验，具备优秀的产品规划、需求策划、团队管理、项目管理能力和经验，曾具有主责对应系统或相关系统从0到1到N的产品经验者优先； 具备成熟的人才培养方法论和经验，结合课程工具赋能方法论和实际项目经验； 4，具备产品领域能力抽象成功经验；有优秀的内外部资源合作意识和合作经验，善于内外部资源整合和跨领域合作能力； 5，熟练掌握产品工作所运用到的各类工具软件；熟悉SQL或Python，熟练掌握1-2款BI工具如FineBI等或数据运营工具如百度分析、Google Analysis，并运用数据分析结果深度指导工作开展； 6，以解决问题出发，具备优秀的主动客户服务意识、数据安全意识和运营能力、逻辑思维力、内外部沟通协调能力、强烈的责任心和超强的执行力； 7，可接受短期出差，学习能力强，具备较高的经验复盘、方法论沉淀意识和学习分享意识，热爱学习型组织并注重自身的组织影响力建设，能承受较强的工作压力。
