全日制统招本科或以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业优先； 8年以上IT行业工作经验，至少3-5年PMO相关工作经验，具备丰富的IT项目集管理经验和项目管理体系建设能力，精通敏捷项目管理方法，如Scrum、看板等，有实际应用经验；有大型敏捷变革推广经验优先； 具备一定的研发和技术背景，了解常见的开发语言、框架和工具，能够与研发团队有效沟通，熟悉DevOps、CI/CD等研发效能相关概念和实践，能够推动相关项目的实施； 对AI技术有基本理解，有AI相关项目管理经验优先，对AI+PMO未来趋势有思考，使用过AI工具提升工作效率并能推动团队应用； 出色的组织协调和跨领域沟通能力，优秀的表达和文档撰写能力；善于从本质思考问题，有敏锐的洞察力和批判思维；敢于直面挑战、勇于担当；看重长期发展，职业稳定性好；持续学习能力强。
