1. 软件可靠性方法论建设：构建软件可靠性设计与评估的完整框架，覆盖软件可靠性建模、软件 FMEA、代码质量分析、软件测试可靠性； 2. AI 规则定义：将软件可靠性分析方法拆解为 AI 规则，定义软件 DFMEA 中软件失效模式（逻辑错误、时序错误、资源泄漏、并发冲突等）的 AI 识别逻辑； 3. AI 代码审查规则建设：定义 AI 静态代码扫描规则，覆盖安全漏洞、编码规范、性能瓶颈、可靠性风险等多维度； 4. AI 测试用例生成：定义 AI 测试用例生成规则，覆盖单元测试、集成测试、系统测试的自动化生成逻辑； 5. 软件质量工具链建设：搭建软件质量工具链（含静态分析、动态分析、模糊测试、混沌工程），嵌入 CI/CD 流水线实现质量左移； 6. 软件质量赋能：针对安克 IoT 产品软件缺陷 100% 转化为硬件客诉的特点，建立嵌入式软件可靠性专项方法论，赋能各 BG 研发团队，推动软件质量能力在各 BG 落地。

1. 学历：硕士及以上学历，软件工程、计算机科学或相关专业； 2. 经验：8 年以上软件质量/可靠性工程经验，其中 3 年以上软件质量方法论或质量工具链建设经验，有嵌入式/IoT 软件质量经验者优先； 3. 专业技能：精通软件可靠性建模与预计（MIL-HDBK-217F 软件部分、IEC 61508 软件可靠性）；精通软件 FMEA 分析方法；精通静态代码分析工具（SonarQube、Coverity、Klocwork 等）和规则定制；精通软件测试方法（单元测试、集成测试、系统测试、模糊测试）；熟悉 CI/CD 流水线质量门禁设计；熟悉嵌入式软件质量特性（实时性、确定性、资源约束）； 4. AI 素养：了解 AI/ML 基本原理，能够将软件质量方法论转化为 AI 可执行的规则； 5. 软性能力：认同平台化和工作左移理念，不依赖人海战术；优秀的跨职能协同能力（与研发、硬件、质量团队紧密协作）
