任职资格： 本科及以上学历，经济、统计、数学、商业或相关领域优先。 至少2年以上的业务分析或相关工作经验。 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，有数据分析软件使用经验者优先。 具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维能力，能够独立进行数据挖掘和解读。 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够有效地与各个部门进行协调工作。 具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够按时完成任务。
