岗位职责 平台架构与核心研发： 负责安全运营平台及专项安全能力平台的架构设计、核心研发与持续演进，以 Python 为主要开发语言，建设高可用、高性能、稳定可靠的安全服务。 安全能力平台化： 具备较强的业务抽象与技术沉淀能力，将碎片化的安全需求和业务能力沉淀为标准化、可复用的平台能力与服务接口，提升安全能力的复用与交付效率。 AI 驱动与智能化落地： 探索并推动 LLM、Agent 等 AI 技术在安全场景中的工程化落地，构建智能化安全应用，提升安全分析、研判与响应效率。 工程效能与研发实践： 积极应用 AI Coding 提升研发效率，持续优化代码质量、测试、问题定位及工程交付效率，保障平台系统的稳定性与可维护性。

任职要求 专业与基础： 计算机、软件工程、信息安全等相关专业，具备扎实的软件工程基础，具备良好的系统设计与问题分析能力。 全栈研发与交付能力： Python 基础扎实，具备较强的服务端研发与系统架构设计能力；具备一定的前端开发经验，熟悉主流 Web 开发技术（如 Vue、React 等）及前后端协作模式，能够独立完成平台级功能的端到端研发与交付。 AI 应用研发能力： 了解大模型应用开发相关技术，熟悉 Prompt、RAG、Agent、Workflow 等，有将 AI 能力应用于实际业务场景的研发实践。 平台化与工程思维： 具备良好的平台化思维和技术抽象能力，能够将业务需求转化为可复用的平台能力；积极使用 AI 工具提升研发效率，对新技术保持敏锐度和学习能力。 加分项 安全研发经验： 具备安全建设或安全产品研发经验，熟悉安全运营、数据安全、研发安全、漏洞治理等领域，有实际安全平台研发经验优先。 Agent / 智能体平台经验： 有基于 LangChain、LangGraph 等框架的 Agent 应用或平台研发经验，熟悉 Agent Runtime、Context、Memory、RAG、Tool Use、Agent 编排等能力；具备多 Agent 或复杂智能体应用实践经验优先。 大数据与分布式系统经验： 具备大规模数据处理、实时/准实时计算或分布式系统研发经验，熟悉 Kafka、Flink、Doris、ClickHouse、Elasticsearch 等组件，有实际生产环境实践经验优先。
