1. 本科及以上学历，营销/传播/心理学等相关专业，对用户行为和心理有深刻理解，能够从用户角度出发制定内容策略 2. 五年以上新媒体文案/内容/策划/品牌营销相关工作经验，具备电商平台领域内容经验优先 3. 具备内容营销体系化思维、用户运营思维，熟悉主流平台的内容传播规律，有成功案例优先。 4. 逻辑思维好，数据敏感度高，文字功底扎实，具备成熟的运营/营销工作方法论，主导过内容战略方向的制定与落地并拿到结果，有成功案例优先。
