任职资格： 1. 本科及以上，3年以上营销经验，其中至少2年以上网红营销经验，熟悉【抖音】平台及KOL网红资源者优先； 2. 掌握基础的资源筛选逻辑，熟练操作媒体筛选工具； 3. 有网感，目标感强，项目统筹能力强，能快速推动媒介项目落地； 4. 善于洞察流量趋势、产品、消费人群，于此帮助业务捕捉流量红利与玩法；
