岗位职责： 1、理解企业所在行业、商业经营模式、组织架构，结合企业经营和IT战略目标，主导领域战略规划工作，并引导公司对相应领域进行战略投资； 2、结合公司业务实际和整体产品战略规划，主导产品领域内组合划分、产品生命周期管理； 3、主动推动产品管理工作的流程、规范、运作机制建设、完善与执行落地； 4、结合企业战略规划，配合业务领域进行跨领域的工作制度、标准、流程的制定，并主动改进工作流程； 5、通过推动建设和完善产品质量和运营指标管理体系，为内外部客户和用户提供体验一致细节完美的产品和服务； 6、结合企业经营和IT战略，建立并优化内外部良好合作生态，通过内外合力，形成企业IT战略核心竞争力。

供应链业务知识(至少一个领域，更推荐计划领域)： 1、Planning: 熟悉全球计划业务架构，理解IBP的运作机制；具备DP SP S&OP MPS MRP各计划环节的基础知识；掌握运筹学理论知识，具有各类算法模型在计划领域的落地实践经验； 2、Order fullfillment: 具备2B业务端到端订单履行管理的专业知识，熟悉订单履行可视化、异常探针、智能预警、履行KPI建设； 3、Sourcing: 具备电子消费品OEM/ODM行业特性的寻源知识； 4、Procument: 熟悉各类基本采购模式，对与工厂的数据集成具备落地实践经验； 5、Logistic: 具备全球仓网规划、物流装载优化、物流路线规划、收/发分仓算法、物流仓储全领域可视的知识。

任职要求： 1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、信息工程、企业管理等相关专业优先； 2、从企业长期经营和建设IT核心竞争力出发，具备极优秀的企业经营管理全局意识和主人翁精神，具备体系化IT产品建设思路和方法论，并有多年领域产品规划管理和实践经验； 3、具备主导对应产品领域的评估和体系建设能力和经验，具备优秀的产品规划、需求策划、团队管理、项目管理能力和经验，曾具有主责对应系统或相关系统从0到1到N的产品经验者优先； 具备成熟的人才培养方法论和经验，结合课程工具赋能方法论和实际项目经验； 4、具备产品领域能力抽象成功经验；有优秀的内外部资源合作意识和合作经验，善于内外部资源整合和跨领域合作能力； 5、熟练掌握产品工作所运用到的各类工具软件如Axure、墨刀、Visio、Xmind、Office等；熟悉SQL或Python，熟练掌握1-2款BI工具如FineBI、Tableau等或数据运营工具如百度分析、Google Analysis，并运用数据分析结果深度指导工作开展； 6、以解决问题出发，具备优秀的主动客户服务意识、数据安全意识和运营能力、逻辑思维力、内外部沟通协调能力、强烈的责任心和超强的执行力； 7、可接受短期出差，学习能力强，具备较高的经验复盘、方法论沉淀
