岗位职责： 1、专业线管理：统筹 CQE 专业线能力框架、序列标准、培养体系和绩效机制；负责搭建和带领10人以上 CQE 海外市场售后质量团队； 2、市场质量管理：建立多维市场质量监控体系（RMA、星级、VOC、退货率），制定预警机制和改进优先级判断规则；深度理解欧美市场消费者质量诉求与退货政策； 3、改进驱动核心能力：主导跨部门（研发/制造/采购）的 TOPN 问题改善，推动根因明确、对策落地，监控改善有效性；无直接权威下推动研发/制造改进是核心能力； 4、AI Agent 应用：推动 CQE 工作中的 AI Agent 应用（RMA 数据分析 Agent、故障诊断 Agent、问题闭环追踪 Agent），将售后处理经验沉淀为可被 AI 调用的知识库； 5、赋能支持：为各业务部门提供统一质量方法论输出和专业赋能。 岗位要求： 1、学历：本科及以上（硕士优先），质量工程、工商管理或相关专业； 2、英语Must Have：能独立开展英语环境下的跨国团队管理、海外供应商/渠道沟通及客诉处理；日常工作语言含英文； 3、8 年以上消费电子/智能硬件售后质量经验，其中有丰富的海外市场（欧美为主）售后质量问题组织解决经验；有从零搭建或大幅扩张海外售后质量团队的实际经历（10人以上规模）； 4、精通 RMA 数据分析、失效分析、8D/CAPA 及客诉改进闭环管理； 5、强数据分析能力，能从海量售后数据中识别关键质量信号，驱动改善优先级； 6、跨职能改进推动力核心：能在无直接权威的情况下推动研发/制造改进，有主导跨部门 TOPN 问题改善并产生实际结果的经历； 7、有 AI 工具使用经验（RMA 分析、数据看板等），理解 AI 在售后场景的应用潜力。
