电子工程 / 自动化相关专业本科及以上学历，8 年以上机器人硬件项目管理经验； 熟悉主控系统、关节驱动、多传感器融合开发及工业协议（EtherCAT/CAN）； 具备整机系统调试能力，主导过至少 2 个机器人产品全生命周期开发； 拥有 CE/FCC 认证经验及 EMC 整改能力者优先； 具备跨部门协调能力，能将模糊需求转化为可执行的硬件技术方案。
