一、店铺日常运营执行 1. 负责安克（Anker/Soundcore）京东或天猫旗舰店的日常后台操作，包括商品上下架、SKU 维护、价格调整、库存同步及订单异常跟进处理 2. 按品类运营要求完成商品详情页、主图、卖点文案的上传与更新，配合设计团队完成素材替换与页面装修 3. 负责优惠券、满减、赠品等促销工具的后台配置与核验，确保活动规则准确无误上线 二、活动落地与执行 1. 根据品类运营制定的促销方案，完成平台活动的报名、页面搭建、价格设置、利益点配置等全流程落地执行 2. 大促期间（618/双11等）负责活动页面的实时监控与异常响应，确保活动期间价格、库存、赠品等执行零差错 3. 协助对接平台小二，完成资源位素材提交、坑位上线确认等日常沟通 三、站内推广执行与日常优化 1. 按照投放策略和预算规划，执行站内付费推广的日常操作（京东：京准通/快车；天猫：万相台/直通车/引力魔方） 2. 负责推广计划的日常监控与基础优化（关键词调价、否词添加、人群包调整、创意素材替换等），确保 ROI 和费比在目标范围内 3. 按规范执行品牌词否词设置、自动挡品牌词屏蔽等投放红线要求 4. 定期输出推广数据日报/周报，向品类运营汇报推广效果与异常波动 四、数据跟踪与报表输出 1. 每日跟踪店铺核心经营指标（GMV、UV、转化率、客单价、退货率等），按模板输出日报/周报/月报 2. 监控商品链接的搜索排名、流量变化及转化异常，及时反馈给品类运营 3. 协助品类运营完成活动复盘数据的整理与汇总 五、跨部门协同支持 1. 与供应链团队对接库存数据，跟进断货预警与补货到仓进度 2. 与设计团队对接素材需求，把控上线排期与质量验收 3. 配合分销管控团队进行价格巡检、赠品规范执行检查

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限 2. 1-3 年京东或天猫平台运营经验，熟练掌握后台操作（商品管理、营销中心、数据中心等模块） 3. 有站内推广工具实操经验（直通车/万相台/京准通等），能独立完成日常推广执行与基础优化 4. 熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP 等），能按模板高效完成数据整理与报表输出 5. 细心严谨，执行力强，对价格、库存、促销规则等细节有高度敏感性 6. 能适应大促期间高强度工作节奏，具备较强的时间管理与多任务并行能力 加分项 1. 有 3C 数码/消费电子品类店铺运营经验 2. 熟悉生意参谋/商智等数据分析工具 3. 有头部品牌旗舰店工作经验
