岗位职责： 1、组织能力建设：主导事业部流程管理体系建设，制定流程优化计划，统筹跨部门协作机制设计。 2、流程诊断与优化：定期开展流程管理培训与案例研讨，提升团队专业能力和标准化意识。深入业务场景实施流程健康度巡检，建立流程持续优化机制。 3、数字化转型推动：搭建流程数字化管理平台（如OA/BPM系统），实现流程可视化管理与实时监测。 4、效能指标管理：设计流程效能评价体系，制定可量化的流程效率、质量、合规性监控指标。定期输出流程运营分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。 5、变革项目管理：主导跨部门流程变革项目，编制变革实施路线图并推动落地闭环。建立变革效果评估机制，确保改进方案与业务目标协同。 6、合规风险管理：制定流程合规审计标准，协同风控部门定期开展流程风险排查。建立流程变更管控机制，确保业务流程符合内外部监管要求。 7、知识库体系搭建：构建事业部级流程知识库，沉淀最佳实践并推动标准化模板应用。维护流程文档版本管理体系，确保业务部门获取最新流程指引。 8、资源协同管理：优化跨部门资源配置机制，解决流程执行中的资源冲突问题。监控流程执行成本，提出资源利用率提升方案。 9、行业对标与创新：期开展行业标杆研究，引入先进流程管理方法论（如精益六西格玛）。结合业务战略规划，前瞻性设计适配业务发展的流程架构。

任职要求： 1、专业背景：本科及以上学历，工业工程、管理科学与工程等相关专业优先；持有PMP/六西格玛黑带/流程管理师（CBPP）认证者优先。 2、工作经验：5年以上流程管理/运营优化经验，有主导3个以上跨部门流程变革项目经历；熟悉制造业/互联网行业业务流程特点，具备行业Know-How沉淀。 3、方法论能力：精通流程优化工具（价值流图、SIPOC、ARIS建模等）；掌握风险评估方法（FMEA/HAZOP），具备流程合规管理经验。 4、数字化技能：具备数据化系统的管理或者优化经验，可以提出有效的AI数据化优化方案和建议 5、数据分析能力：熟练使用Power BI/Tableau等分析工具，具备SQL基础数据查询能力；能设计KPI监控仪表盘，解读数据定位流程瓶颈。 6、变革管理能力：熟悉变革管理模型，具备跨部门利益协调推动经验； 曾设计推行过流程改善激励制度者优先。 7、业务理解力：能快速理解研-产-供-销价值链运作逻辑，识别高价值改善点；具备技术文档编写能力，可输出标准化操作手册。 8、擅长制作公文汇报材料，能用数据呈现流程价值；具备组织200人以上赋能培训的控场能力。 9、创新思维：持续关注流程管理前沿趋势 10、文化适配：具备企业家精神，能接受业务快速迭代下的高强度工作； 践行"教辅型成长"理念，乐于分享方法论赋能团队。
