1、战略规划与落地机制设计： 组织对应财经业务领域战略规划，把战略意图转化为可执行、可衡量的目标体系，设计"战略→目标→执行→闭环"的有效落地机制；围绕财经数字化转型、能力建设等核心议题，推动战略举措落地； 2、组织目标管理与OKR运营： 负责财经管理部组织目标管理、部门OKR管理，收集和分析财经业务数据提供决策支持；跟进重点财经专题/项目运营，把控项目重要节点与过程质量，协调内外部资源，确保战略目标达成； 3、变革项目管理与赋能： 负责财经平台化能力建设项目从立项到落地的全流程管理，编制变革实施路线图并推动落地闭环，确保项目按计划交付并产生实际效益；推动部门级Scrum+AI转型，将AI能力深度融入财经管理实践，优化项目管理流程并赋能团队，提高项目交付效率和质量； 4、组织运营与协作优化： 通过团队协作流程的梳理及优化，提高财经团队凝聚力和工作效率，营造积极向上、协作共赢的团队氛围；统筹关键管理会议场域运作，确保跨部门协作机制高效运转； 5、合规风险管理： 制定财经领域风控机制、识别领域风险、建立风险管理方案、对领域内风险进行监控，定期组织部门开展各项自查与稽查，确保业务流程符合内外部监管要求； 6、流程体系建设： 牵头财经管理部流程制度的梳理、优化与标准化，推动关键流程SOP沉淀，建立流程持续改进机制，确保财经管理体系的规范性与可追溯性。

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、项目管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、3-5年PMO/战略运营/质量管理经验，具备丰富的战略运营、项目管理、流程体系能力建设与实战经验；有大型变革推广经验优先；有财经/金融/企业管理领域项目经验者优先； 3、对AI技术有基本理解，有AI相关项目管理经验优先，对AI+PMO未来趋势有思考，使用过AI工具提升工作效率并能推动团队应用；对财经领域数字化转型有认知和实践经验者优先； 4、具备较强的财经业务理解能力，能够快速理解预算管理、财务分析等业务场景，善于将业务需求转化为项目语言； 5、出色的组织协调和跨领域沟通能力，优秀的表达和文档撰写能力；善于从本质思考问题，有敏锐的洞察力和批判思维；敢于直面挑战、勇于担当；持续学习能力强，并学以致用。
