1、战略规划与落地机制设计：组织对应业务领域战略规划，把战略意图转化为成可执行、可衡量的目标体系，设计"战略→目标→执行→闭环"的有效落地机制； 2、组织目标管理与OKR运营： 负责组织目标管理、部门OKR管理，收集和分析业务数据，提供决策支持，跟进重点专题/项目运营，把控项目重要节点与过程质量，协调内外部资源，确保战略目标达成； 3、变革项目管理与赋能：负责平台化能力建设项目从立项到落地的全流程管理，编制变革实施路线图并推动落地闭环，确保项目按计划交付并产生实际效益；推动部门级或领域级的Scrum+AI转型，将AI能力深度融入敏捷实践，优化项目管理流程并赋能团队，提高项目交付效率和质量； 4、组织运营与协作优化：通过团队协作流程的梳理及优化，提高团队凝聚力和工作效率，营造积极向上、协作共赢的团队氛围。统筹关键管理会议场域运作，确保跨部门协作机制高效运转； 5、合规风险管理：制定风控机制、识别领域风险、建立风险管理方案、对领域内风险进行监控，定期组织部门开展各项自查与稽查，确保业务流程符合内外部监管要求。

1、本科及以上学历，项目管理、质量管理、工程管理等相关专业优先；持有PMP、PgMP、ACP、六西格玛认证优先； 2、5年以上PMO/战略运营/质量管理经验，具备丰富的战略运营、项目管理、流程体系能力建设与实战经验；熟悉IPD流程体系、Scrum敏捷开发，有大型变革推广经验优先 对AI技术有基本理解，有AI相关项目管理经验优先，对AI+PMO未来趋势有思考，使用过AI工具提升工作效率并能推动团队应用； 3、出色的组织协调和跨领域沟通能力，优秀的表达和文档撰写能力；善于从本质思考问题，有敏锐的洞察力和批判思维；敢于直面挑战、勇于担当；持续学习能力强，并学以致用。
