核心职责：​​ ​​业务战略与本地化执行​​ 负责实现在俄罗斯市场的电商业务年度目标，主导制定符合本地市场特点的业务拓展策略（包括市场进入、销售增长及利润目标），并推动端到端落地。 从零开始搭建并优化俄罗斯本地电商运营体系，主导新品/新品类的本地化操盘（如选品、定价、促销策略），推动业务快速启动并实现可持续增长。 持续开拓俄罗斯主流及新兴电商平台（如Ozon、Wildberries、Yandex.Market等），探索创新业务模式与渠道机会，提升市场份额。 ​​团队搭建与管理​​ 负责在莫斯科组建并带领本地业务团队，主导人员招聘、培训及梯队建设，提升团队运营与销售实战能力。 建立清晰的绩效管理与激励机制，塑造高绩效、强执行、具备创新意识的团队文化。 ​​跨部门协同与运营提升​​ 高效协同GTM、市场营销、供应链等中后台团队，推动市场推广、产品上市、库存履约等关键流程的本地化优化。 密切跟踪俄罗斯电商政策、市场趋势及竞品动态，持续优化运营策略，提升转化率与业务效率。 ​​本地化支持与区域协作​​ 基于业务需要，与中亚、东欧等周边区域团队协作，输出俄罗斯市场经验，支持相关市场的业务拓展。

任职要求：​​ ​​必备条件：​​ 5年以上电商运营或销售管理经验，具备从0到1搭建业务或成功孵化新品/新品类案例。 拥有团队搭建或团队管理经验，能够带领团队实现业务目标。 俄语为母语水平，精通英语优先（可作为工作沟通语言）。 常驻莫斯科或愿意 relocate 至莫斯科。 ​​优先考虑：​​ 熟悉俄罗斯主流电商平台（如Ozon、Wildberries等）运营规则，具备本地电商资源者优先。 拥有跨境电商、消费电子或快消品行业经验者优先。 ​​核心素质：​​ 具备创业精神，善于在不确定环境中开拓业务，乐于接受挑战。 出色的沟通协调能力和跨文化协作意识，能够高效联动本地与中国团队。 结果导向，具备较强的数据分析、解决问题及抗压能力。
