1、基于Anker战略及经营目标、产品路标和产业链形势，结合各区域需求计划，组织制定销售与运营计划（S&OP计划）、版本切换计划和新品计划（含新品首单收集和供需匹配），实现产销协同运作，计划与经营拉通，支撑公司经营; 2、管理产品线供需平衡，结合区域预测波动风险与不确定性，有效识别重大供需风险，制定计划与供应策略，形成解决方案，组织计委决策，并推动执行； 3、组织制定存货管理策略并组织实施，构建全流程存货管理长效机制及存货管理能力，持续改进存货运营资产效率； 4、建设S&OP计划能力，持续优化计划流程、方法、规则、组织和运作机制， 提升计划运作能力； 5、负责多产业、跨区域计划决策与运作管理，支撑各级计委运作，建立计划风险和关键假设Review机制，优化计委升级决策流程，提高计划决策效率和质量。

1、本科及以上学历，五年以上集成/产销计划、市场预测及计划管理(PMC)经验； 2、具有市场项目、产品项目、咨询项目管理工作经验； 3、 工作背景：产品型制造企业、电商等，有充电类、智能家居、IOT、耳机等业务领域管理经验优先。
