1. 负责品牌在海外Tiktok直播电商的整体生意策略和计划，包括直播分销、产品定价、平台大促节点营销策划、店铺及直播间日常运营等，规划费用投入，统筹品牌及销售资源，达成生意目标。 2. 梳理海外Tiktok直播电商的生意策略，如拉新、复购、货品结构及价格策略等，根据销售情况进行及时调整。 3. 管理TSP公司及网红直播分销，对TSP公司及网红的直播销售活动及数据进行管理和把控，包括费用管控、货盘、销售目标拆解及各项运营指标的跟进。根据各项运营指标情况（如O5A流量模型、客单、转化等），管理TSP公司及网红进行优化以及精细化运营，达成销售目标。 4. 建立全链路数据复盘机制，追踪项目数据变化，带领团队不断优化货盘策略，直播间运营以及广告投流效果，达成目标。 5. 建立与网红及Tiktok平台的有效沟通互动，保持良好的合作关系。 6. 保持对行业品类趋势、竞品数据的敏感度，有效根据市场竞争态势变化及消费者反馈，定期提供Tiktok电商业务的优化建议。

  • 本科或以上学历，电子商务、市场营销等相关专业优先；
  • 具备Tiktok/抖音电商运营经验优先；
  • 具备3年以上电商经验，具有营销推广、日常运营管理等相关工作经验；
  • 敏锐的商业触觉，了解互联网、各大电商平台的运营策略和趋势，熟悉内容电商，有自己的了解和认知；
  • 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，数据分析能力；有较强的问题分析和解决能力；以及直播电商资源拓展能力；
  • 英语可作为工作语言，有海外学习/生活背景优先；
  • 快速学习的能力和良好的团队管理技巧；
