Antadis est une agence digitale française à taille humaine (80 personnes) spécialisée dans des environnements E-commerce depuis plus de 20 ans. Nous œuvrons dans la transformation digitale de nos clients à travers la conception et la réalisation de leurs plateformes E-commerce, puis dans leur quotidien en accompagnement et en évolution.

Pour accompagner la croissance de notre agence Antadis, nous recherchons un Account Manager H/F. Vous serez le point de contact stratégique de nos clients, garantissant leur satisfaction, pilotant les relations, et identifiant de nouvelles opportunités pour renforcer la fidélité et le succès des collaborations. Pour cela tes missions seront découpées en deux blocs :

Avant-vente

  • Traiter et qualifier les leads entrants et identifier de nouveaux prospects,
  • Étudier les enjeux et exigences des clients pour élaborer des propositions commerciales personnalisées, intégrant une approche de construction stratégique digitale alignée sur la vision client,
  • Construire et personnaliser les offres commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes de production,
  • Pitcher nos solutions et négocier les contrats jusqu’à la signature.

Gestion du Run & Relation Client

  • Assurer un suivi des projets après signature en coordination avec les équipes internes,
  • Offrir un accompagnement personnalisé et un rôle de conseil continu,
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients et une excellente connaissance des comptes,
  • Analyser les performances des projets pour détecter des opportunités d’amélioration ou d’évolution,
  • Être garant(e) de la satisfaction client à chaque étape.

Profil :

Tu es issu d’une école de commerce. Tu disposes de minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que sales/account manager, idéalement en agence.

Tu as une vraie fibre commerciale. Véritable compétiteur(trice), tu apprécies le challenge et tu as des aptitudes pour identifier et exploiter des opportunités commerciales mais aussi pour comprendre les besoins des clients et à formuler des solutions adaptées.

Tu es féru de culture digitale et d’innovation, tu disposes d’une solide culture E-commerce et marketing, tu pratiques une veille soutenue sur ces sujets.
