Antadis est une agence digitale française à taille humaine (80 personnes) spécialisée dans des environnements E-commerce depuis plus de 20 ans. Nous œuvrons dans la transformation digitale de nos clients à travers la conception et la réalisation de leurs plateformes E-commerce, puis dans leur quotidien en accompagnement et en évolution.

Aujourd’hui, nous poursuivons notre projet d’entreprise avec le recrutement d’un(e) Développeur(se) Back-end Sylius / Symfony Sénior qui sera intégré(e) à l’équipe prod actuelle composée de profils UX/UI, Dev Front, Dev Back, DevOps, Infra, Chefs de projets et Consultants.

Missions :

Au sein de l’équipe tech, tu seras amené(e) à :

  • Participer à l’analyse des besoins fonctionnels et techniques des projets E-commerce sur-mesure,
  • Concevoir des fonctionnalités sur-mesure en PHP / Symfony / Sylius,
  • Architecturer du code selon des standards d’architecture fournis par Antadis (ou autres standards spécifiques au besoin du client),
  • Développer ces fonctionnalités en respectant les bases du clean code,
  • Participer à la création d’échange de flux performants et stables,
  • Optimiser la performance back des développements spécifiques,
  • Transmettre ces connaissances aux développeurs plus juniors afin de les faire progresser.
  • Assurer la maintenance évolutive et corrective des plateformes,
  • Contribuer aux réflexions d’architecture (Headless, API Platform, microservices) et à l'application des bonnes pratiques de développement (Clean Code, TDD/BDD) au sein de l’entreprise.

Profil :

Tu disposes de plusieurs années d’expérience réussie en développement back-end PHP/Symfony, idéalement sur le framework Sylius ou dans un environnement E-commerce exigeant. Tu es familier des grands principes d’architecture (SOLID) ou des principes de l’architecture hexagonale.

Compétences techniques clés :

  • Maîtrise de PHP 8+ et du framework Symfony/Sylius.
  • Expérience pratique ou forte appétence pour Sylius (et son écosystème de plugins),
  • Bonnes connaissances en MySQL / PostgreSQL / Doctrine ORM, Git et conception d'APIs (REST / API Platform).
  • Bonne connaissance de PHPUnit et Docker.
  • Une bonne connaissance de Behat est un vrai plus

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, nous recherchons une personne capable de :

  • Comprendre que le métier est plus important que la technique.
  • Être proactif dans le déroulé d’un projet et de faire face à ses responsabilités en autonomie
  • Etre pragmatique, sachant proposer des solutions efficaces et adaptées aux contraintes du client
  • Communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés y compris des interlocuteurs non techniques qui nécessitent de la vulgarisation
  • Ecrire du code répondant à des standards qualité qui soit à la fois lisible et maintenable
