Financial Controller

Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej organizacji o globalnym zasięgu, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Financial Controllera. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za wsparcie finansowe biznesu na poziomie regionalnym, dostarczanie analiz oraz rekomendacji wspierających podejmowanie kluczowych decyzji biznesowych.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza sprzedaży, marży oraz kluczowych wskaźników finansowych dla regionu europejskiego
  • Monitorowanie kosztów operacyjnych, kosztów pracowniczych oraz kapitału obrotowego
  • Udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca oraz analiza odchyleń względem budżetu i prognoz
  • Przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów oraz analiz dla managementu
  • Współpraca z działami sprzedaży, operacji, zakupów oraz zarządzania produktem
  • Wsparcie procesów budżetowania i forecastowania
  • Ocena rentowności projektów, inicjatyw biznesowych oraz polityki cenowej
  • Udział w projektach doskonalących procesy finansowe i biznesowe

Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w controllingu, FP&A lub analizie finansowej
  • Dobra znajomość zagadnień związanych z controllingiem i finansami zarządczymi
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne
  • Umiejętność współpracy z biznesem oraz prezentowania wniosków finansowych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Zaawansowana znajomość programu Excel
  • Mile widziana znajomość SAP
