Dla naszego klienta znanego Centrum Usług Wspólnych we Wrocławiu poszukujemy osób na stanowisko Italian and English-Speaking Courier Support Specialist. To rola idealna dla kandydatów, którzy dobrze odnajdują się w dynamicznym środowisku, potrafią szybko podejmować decyzje i czerpią satysfakcję ze wspierania innych w sytuacjach operacyjnych.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Bieżące wsparcie kurierów w trakcie realizacji zamówień (poprzez czat)
  • Monitorowanie dostaw w systemie i reagowanie na sytuacje niestandardowe (np. opóźnienia, problemy techniczne, warunki pogodowe, zdarzenia losowe),
  • Praca zgodnie z automatycznym systemem dystrybucji zamówień,
  • W wyjątkowych sytuacjach kontakt z klientem końcowym poprzez telefon (bardzo rzadko),
  • Dbanie o płynność operacji i jak najlepsze doświadczenie kurierów,
  • Współpraca zespołowa, dzielenie się wiedzą i dobrymi praktykami.

Wymagania:

  • Nastawienie na wysoką jakość obsługi i satysfakcję użytkowników,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka włoskiego i angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, odporność na stres i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji,
  • Sprawna obsługa komputera oraz gotowość do pracy na kilku systemach jednocześnie,
  • Umiejętność ustalania priorytetów i pracy w dynamicznym środowisku,
  • Odpowiedzialność, samodzielność i pozytywne nastawienie do wyzwań.
