Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Chief Accountant (umowa na zastępstwo) do pracy w międzynarodowej firmie z sektora dystrybucji B2B, z siedzibą w Warszawie (zachodnia część). Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie pełnić kluczową rolę w obszarze finansów, nadzorując procesy księgowe oraz zapewniając zgodność zapisów z obowiązującymi przepisami i wewnętrznymi procedurami.

Responsibilities

  • Nadzór nad prowadzeniem pełnej księgowości spółki, w tym rozliczeń VAT, podatków oraz ewidencji księgowych.
  • Przygotowywanie miesięcznych, kwartalnych i rocznych zamknięć księgowych oraz raportów finansowych zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami.
  • Weryfikacja dokumentów księgowych, kontrola poprawności księgowań i uzgodnień sald.
  • Współpraca z audytorami zewnętrznymi oraz udział w procesach kontroli wewnętrznej.
  • Przygotowywanie deklaracji podatkowych i sprawozdań finansowych oraz współpraca z organami podatkowymi i instytucjami finansowymi.
  • Optymalizacja procesów księgowych i wdrażanie usprawnień w obszarze raportowania finansowego.
  • Nadzór nad zespołem księgowym oraz wsparcie merytoryczne dla członków zespołu.
  • Udział w projektach związanych z rozwojem systemów finansowo-księgowych i wdrożeniami zmian regulacyjnych.

Qualifications

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze finansów, rachunkowości lub pokrewne.
  • Minimum kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku głównego księgowego lub w samodzielnym prowadzeniu pełnej księgowości w firmie o złożonej strukturze.
  • Praktyczna znajomość przepisów podatkowych i rachunkowych obowiązujących w Polsce oraz doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu sprawozdań finansowych.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z audytorami zewnętrznymi oraz organami podatkowymi.
  • Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej dobrym (B2).
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem, komunikatywność oraz dokładność w wykonywaniu obowiązków.
  • Znajomość systemów ERP i narzędzi do raportowania finansowego; dobra znajomość arkuszy kalkulacyjnych.
  • Wysoka etyka zawodowa, zdolność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.
