Dla naszego Klienta – stabilnej, rozwijającej się organizacji produkcyjnej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko:

Dyrektor/Dyrektorka R&D i Rozwoju Produktu (K/M)

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zbudowanie i rozwój funkcji R&D w zakładzie produkcyjnym oraz za prowadzenie projektów związanych z rozwojem i wdrażaniem nowych produktów.

Zakres Twoich obowiązków:

  • budowanie i rozwój działu R&D oraz wdrażanie standardów i procesów pracy,
  • zarządzanie projektami rozwoju nowych produktów (NPD) oraz usprawnień istniejących,
  • opracowywanie i rozwój innowacyjnych technologii oraz nowych form produktów,
  • nadzór nad transferem produktów z etapu rozwoju do produkcji przemysłowej,
  • prowadzenie i nadzorowanie prób technologicznych oraz pierwszych produkcji,
  • zapewnienie stabilności, powtarzalności i jakości rozwijanych produktów,
  • rozwój i optymalizacja portfolio produktów,
  • współpraca przy tworzeniu produktów dla klientów zewnętrznych,
  • monitorowanie trendów rynkowych i technologicznych,
  • współpraca z produkcją, jakością, zakupami, sprzedażą i NPI przy wdrażaniu nowych produktów,
  • nadzór nad zgodnością rozwijanych produktów z wymaganiami jakościowymi, prawnymi i certyfikacyjnymi,
  • identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technologicznych oraz inicjowanie działań optymalizacyjnych.

Oczekiwania pracodawcy:

  • wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie chemii, farmacji, technologii żywności, biotechnologii lub kierunków pokrewnych,
  • wieloletnie doświadczenie w obszarze R&D, rozwoju produktu lub technologii produkcji, w tym doświadczenie liderskie,
  • doświadczenie w branży suplementów diety, farmaceutycznej, żywności specjalistycznej lub pokrewnej,
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów NPD i wdrażaniu nowych produktów,
  • wiedza dotycząca stabilności składników aktywnych oraz interakcji surowcowych,
  • znajomość przepisów dotyczących suplementów diety, farmacji, żywności specjalistycznej oraz wymagań certyfikacyjnych,
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu prób technologicznych i transferze produktów do produkcji,
  • umiejętność zarządzania projektami oraz zespołem,
  • umiejętność budowania procesów i struktur organizacyjnych od podstaw,
  • praktyczne, analityczne i biznesowe podejście do rozwoju produktów,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację w środowisku międzynarodowym.
