Kierownik Działu Systemów Wewnętrznych

Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera na stanowisko Kierownika Działu Systemów Wewnętrznych, który będzie odpowiadał za rozwój i utrzymanie systemów wspierających kluczowe procesy biznesowe organizacji oraz zarządzanie zespołem IT.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie i rozwój zespołu specjalistów IT.
  • Współpraca z biznesem w zakresie identyfikacji potrzeb oraz wdrażania rozwiązań technologicznych.
  • Nadzór nad projektami rozwojowymi, wdrożeniowymi i optymalizacyjnymi.
  • Zarządzanie portfolio projektów, budżetem oraz priorytetami biznesowymi.
  • Analiza i optymalizacja procesów biznesowych.
  • Opracowywanie i realizacja strategii rozwoju obszaru systemów wewnętrznych.
  • Współpraca z dostawcami oraz kluczowymi interesariuszami organizacji.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku managerskim w obszarze IT, systemów biznesowych lub rozwoju oprogramowania.
  • Doświadczenie w budowaniu i rozwijaniu zespołów.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zmianą organizacyjną oraz prowadzenia transformacji.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami i współpracy z kadrą zarządzającą.
  • Znajomość procesów związanych z rozwojem, wdrażaniem i utrzymaniem systemów IT.
  • Umiejętność łączenia perspektywy biznesowej i technologicznej.
  • Język angielski na poziomie min. B2.

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość środowiska Microsoft 365.
  • Doświadczenie z systemami ERP/CRM.
  • Znajomość MS SQL Server, T-SQL oraz zagadnień integracyjnych (API, ETL, SSIS).
