Dla naszego Klienta, banku o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku polskim, poszukujemy obecnie osoby na stanowisko

Dyrektorki / Dyrektora Regionu Bankowości Korporacyjnej.

Zadania:

  • odpowiedzialność za realizację strategii i celów komercyjnych banku w regionie,
  • zarządzanie rozproszonym zespołem sprzedażowym i portfelem klientów biznesowych z segmentu 15-60 mln PLN przychodów,
  • nadzorowanie jakości pracy zespołu sprzedażowego poprzez dbałość o zachowanie najwyższych standardów jakości portfela, zgodności regulacji i efektywności operacyjnej,
  • wspieranie i motywowanie zespołu w pozyskiwaniu klientów, realizacji wyników sprzedażowych i planowania działania w celu zwiększenia ich efektywności,
  • podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych w ramach przyznanych kompetencji,
  • dbanie o ścisłą współpracę doradców ze specjalistami produktowymi nad efektywnym wykorzystywaniem potencjału klienta,
  • udział w kreowaniu i realizacji działań zapewniających najwyższą jakość obsługi klientów,
  • współpraca z innymi jednostkami banku.

Wymagania:

  • doświadczenie w obszarze korporacyjnym min. 2 lata,
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem (indywidualne podejście do doradcy),
  • pełna wiedza finansowa (sprawozdanie finansowe, bilans),
  • doświadczenie w cross sellingu,
  • współpraca w kanałach korpo z factoringiem i leasingiem,
  • współpraca z ryzykiem w kanałach korpo,
  • poczucie odpowiedzialności za swoją rolę,
  • proaktywna postawa i nastawienie na wynik,
  • systemowe podejście do organizacji pracy i umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań
  • wysoka dojrzałość emocjonalna i biznesowe podejście,
  • umiejętność aktywnego słuchania i konsekwentne działanie biznesowe,
  • znajomość potencjału rynku w danym rejonie.
