O roli

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Software Engineer (Frontend), który dołączy do zespołu. To rola o dużej autonomii — będziesz jedynym specjalistą frontendowym w zespole, a Twoje decyzje techniczne będą realnie wpływać na kierunek rozwoju produktu.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie i dostarczanie funkcjonalności zgodnych z najlepszymi praktykami branżowymi.
  • Analiza potencjalnych rozwiązań technicznych oraz rekomendowanie optymalnych kierunków.
  • Przeprowadzanie code review i dbanie o jakość kodu.
  • Wdrażanie usprawnień w obrębie zespołu i procesów.
  • Analiza wymagań użytkowników i celów biznesowych, aby efektywnie kierować rozwojem oprogramowania.
  • Współtworzenie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej.
  • Zapewnienie utrzymania oraz wsparcia dla istniejących aplikacji, szybkie reagowanie na pojawiające się problemy.
  • Implementacja testów automatycznych.

Wymagania

Konieczne:

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w tworzeniu aplikacji frontendowych z użyciem React (mid–senior).
  • Umiejętność pracy z REST API i zarządzania stanem frontendu; znajomość React-Query oraz pisania custom hooks będzie dużym atutem.
  • Doświadczenie z bibliotekami designowymi: tworzenie komponentów, projektowanie tokenów, theming, dostępność (ARIA).
  • Znajomość CI/CD i doświadczenie w samodzielnym wdrażaniu aplikacji w chmurze przy współpracy z DevOps.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia i utrzymywania testów E2E, zintegrowanych z pipeline’em CI.
  • Dbałość o wydajność aplikacji: responsywność, cross‑browser, code‑splitting, optymalny rendering.
  • Współpraca z UX/UI, QA oraz backendem na co dzień.
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami monitoringu i alertowania (np. Datadog, Dynatrace).

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość bibliotek do skanowania kodów (np. ZXing: QR / Barcode).

Technologie wykorzystywane w projekcie

  • React (główna technologia frontendu)
  • Android & Kotlin w obszarze aplikacji mobilnych (część zespołu)
  • Nowoczesny ekosystem CI/CD, testy E2E, monitoring
