O projekcie

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Technical Product Ownera, który dołączy do międzynarodowego środowiska technologicznego w sektorze finansowym i przejmie odpowiedzialność za rozwój strategicznej platformy Scheduling & Workload Automation (SWA).

Platforma odpowiada za harmonogramowanie, automatyzację i orkiestrację krytycznych procesów technologicznych działających w rozbudowanych środowiskach Linux i mainframe.

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za strategię rozwoju produktu, zarządzanie roadmapą, priorytetyzację inicjatyw oraz zapewnienie niezawodności i ciągłego doskonalenia usług.

To rola łącząca Technical Product Ownership, zarządzanie platformami enterprise oraz współpracę z zespołami Engineering, Architecture i IT Operations.

Twoje zadania

  • Zarządzanie roadmapą technologiczną platformy oraz jej pełnym cyklem życia.
  • Priorytetyzacja backlogu i inicjatyw związanych z rozwojem, automatyzacją, stabilnością i bezpieczeństwem usług.
  • Definiowanie epików, user stories, kryteriów akceptacji i wymagań niefunkcjonalnych.
  • Współpraca z globalnymi zespołami inżynieryjnymi, architektami oraz IT Operations.
  • Zarządzanie zależnościami, ryzykiem i długiem technologicznym.
  • Monitorowanie KPI, SLA i efektywności platformy.
  • Wspieranie procesów Incident, Problem i Change Management.
  • Koordynowanie aktualizacji, migracji, integracji i onboardingu nowych usług.
  • Rozwijanie automatyzacji, standardów i rozwiązań self-service.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności platformy z wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa, audytu i regulacji.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia jako Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Value Stream Lead lub w podobnej roli technologicznej.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu produktami, platformami lub usługami technologicznymi w dużych organizacjach.
  • Znajomość środowisk infrastrukturalnych on-premises, szczególnie Linux, mainframe lub innych systemów enterprise.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w zarządzaniu roadmapą, backlogiem i priorytetyzacją wymagań.
  • Rozumienie procesów IT Operations, Incident/Problem/Change Management oraz service resilience.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami technicznymi i interesariuszami biznesowymi.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem, ryzykiem i compliance.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji.

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość BMC Control-M lub IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS).
  • Doświadczenie z workload automation, enterprise scheduling lub batch processing.
  • Znajomość środowisk mainframe oraz integracji systemów enterprise.
  • Doświadczenie w branży finansowej lub innych organizacjach regulowanych.
  • Znajomość Agile/Lean oraz pracy z OKR, KPI i SLA.
