Inżynier/Inżynierka Produktu – wymienniki ciepła

Dla naszego Klienta, organizacji technologicznej specjalizującej się w rozwiązaniach z obszaru thermal management i wymiany ciepła, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Inżyniera/Inżynierki Produktu.

Jeśli masz doświadczenie w projektowaniu komponentów mechanicznych, dobrze znasz zagadnienia związane z wymianą ciepła i termodynamiką, a jednocześnie lubisz pracować na styku konstrukcji, produkcji, dostawców i klienta, ta rola może być dla Ciebie interesującym kolejnym krokiem.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • analiza wymagań technicznych klienta i przekładanie ich na założenia oraz specyfikację rozwijanego produktu,
  • projektowanie i dobór wymienników ciepła z uwzględnieniem parametrów technicznych, wymiarów, trwałości oraz kosztów,
  • prowadzenie prac rozwojowych produktu od etapu koncepcji aż po walidację i wdrożenie,
  • współpraca z zespołami R&D, technologii, jakości i produkcji,
  • kontakt techniczny z klientami oraz dostawcami, w tym udział w przeglądach technicznych,
  • nadzorowanie harmonogramu prac projektowych i monitorowanie realizacji kolejnych etapów rozwoju,
  • weryfikacja dokumentacji konstrukcyjnej, w tym rysunków technicznych i specyfikacji,
  • przygotowywanie oraz aktualizacja BOM,
  • opracowywanie planów walidacji, monitorowanie testów oraz analiza uzyskanych wyników,
  • prowadzenie i dokumentowanie analiz DFMEA,
  • identyfikowanie możliwości optymalizacji konstrukcji pod kątem kosztu, masy, niezawodności i możliwości produkcyjnych,
  • wspieranie oceny technologicznej dostawców oraz analiza wykonalności proponowanych rozwiązań,
  • wykorzystywanie doświadczeń z wcześniejszych projektów i udział w inicjatywach związanych z ciągłym doskonaleniem.

Oczekiwania:

  • wykształcenie wyższe techniczne – preferowane kierunki to mechanika, inżynieria materiałowa, energetyka lub kierunki pokrewne.
  • praktyczna znajomość wymiany ciepła i termodynamiki,
  • doświadczenie w obszarze właściwości materiałów, w szczególności ich zachowania w środowisku korozyjnym,
  • znajomość zagadnień związanych z mechanizmami awarii i uszkodzeń,
  • podstawowa znajomość MES/FEA oraz CFD,
  • praktyczna znajomość zasad GD&T,
  • znajomość metod analizy niezawodności, w tym analizy Weibulla,
  • znajomość standardów i norm technicznych stosowanych w środowisku międzynarodowym,
  • doświadczenie w pracy projektowej oraz współpracy z zespołami produkcyjnymi i dostawcami,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane:

  • doświadczenie związane z procesami takimi jak lutowanie twarde aluminium, tłoczenie, obróbka skrawaniem, formowanie lub wtrysk tworzyw sztucznych.
