O roli

Do zespołu wewnętrznego Antal poszukujemy doświadczonego Rekrutera Wewnętrznego, który będzie odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych do struktur firmy. Rola skoncentrowana jest na pozyskiwaniu specjalistów i konsultantów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stanowisk sprzedażowych i konsultingowych. To propozycja dla osoby, która dobrze odnajduje się w rekrutacjach in‑house, potrafi samodzielnie prowadzić procesy end‑to‑end i ceni sobie bliską współpracę z hiring managerami.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych end‑to‑end do struktur Antal.
  • Rekrutacje na stanowiska sprzedażowe, konsultingowe oraz specjalistyczne.
  • Aktywne sourcingowanie kandydatów i prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych.
  • Bliska współpraca z managerami oraz dyrektorami linii biznesowych.
  • Doradztwo w zakresie profilu kandydata, rynku i strategii rekrutacji.
  • Dbanie o wysoką jakość candidate experience.
  • Wsparcie działań employer brandingowych oraz inicjatyw rekrutacyjnych.
  • Praca z systemami ATS i raportowanie postępów procesów.

Wymagania

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • posiada doświadczenie w rekrutacji (preferowane rekrutacje in‑house lub agencyjne),
  • ma doświadczenie w rekrutacji stanowisk sprzedażowych lub konsultingowych,
  • potrafi samodzielnie prowadzić procesy rekrutacyjne od A do Z,
  • dobrze komunikuje się z partnerami biznesowymi i managerami,
  • jest dobrze zorganizowana i nastawiona na realizację celów,
  • potrafi pracować w dynamicznym środowisku i elastycznie reagować na zmiany priorytetów,
  • cechuje się proaktywnym podejściem i wysoką kulturą współpracy.
