Dla naszego Klienta, prężnie rozwijającej się firmy z branży logistyki kolejowej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko:

Kierownik Operacyjny Logistyki (k/m)

Zadania:

  • Zarządzanie pulą przewoźników kolejowych oraz rozwijanie współpracy z partnerami biznesowymi.
  • Negocjowanie stawek i przygotowywanie wycen nowych kierunków transportowych.
  • Poszukiwanie oraz wdrażanie rozwiązań zwiększających efektywność i rentowność przewozów.
  • Planowanie i koordynacja dostaw kolejowych.
  • Rozwijanie sieci kontaktów biznesowych na rynkach międzynarodowych.
  • Monitorowanie wolumenów, marż i wykorzystania zdolności przewozowych.
  • Przygotowywanie raportów, prognoz i analiz operacyjnych.

Wymagania:

  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia w obszarze logistyki kolejowej, drogowej, intermodalnej lub terminalowej.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację oraz prowadzenie negocjacji biznesowych - B2/C1.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na terminalu masowym lub w logistyce kolejowej będzie atutem.
  • Znajomość procedur oraz dokumentacji przewozowej, a także praktyk stosowanych w terminalach logistycznych.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej organizacji pracy, ustalania priorytetów oraz współpracy z partnerami biznesowymi.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne.
  • Praktyczna znajomość Excel lub Google Sheets w zakresie raportowania i analizy danych.
  • Zainteresowanie analizą danych i automatyzacją procesów (Power Query, Apps Script, podstawy SQL lub Python) będzie atutem.
