Jako agencja rekrutacyjna prowadzimy proces dla firmy z branży HVAC, która rozwija swoją strukturę sprzedażową i poszukuje osoby na stanowisko Kierownika Regionu / Kierowniczki Regionu HVAC odpowiedzialnej za rozwój sprzedaży oraz współpracę z partnerami biznesowymi w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim.

Zakres obowiązków

  • rozwój sprzedaży central wentylacyjnych, rekuperacyjnych oraz pozostałych produktów z portfolio firmy na powierzonym terenie
  • budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z firmami instalacyjnymi, dystrybutorami, projektantami oraz biurami projektowymi HVAC
  • doradztwo techniczne dla klientów i partnerów handlowych
  • przygotowywanie ofert handlowych oraz prowadzenie negocjacji
  • koordynowanie procesów inwestycyjnych związanych z realizacją projektów HVAC w regionie
  • monitorowanie rynku i identyfikowanie nowych możliwości biznesowych

Wymagania

  • doświadczenie zawodowe w branży HVAC
  • znajomość lokalnego rynku firm instalacyjnych oraz biur projektowych
  • wykształcenie techniczne, mile widziane kierunki związane z inżynierią sanitarną, wentylacją, klimatyzacją lub ogrzewnictwem
  • komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
  • czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
  • dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z systemami CRM
  • samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i nastawienie na rozwój sprzedaży
  • łatwość budowania relacji biznesowych i wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne
