Koordynator Projektu – Zespół PMO

Do realizacji strategicznego projektu telekomunikacyjno-informatycznego poszukujemy osoby do zespołu PMO, która będzie wspierała zarządzanie projektem, koordynację działań pomiędzy spółkami Grupy Kapitałowej oraz organizację komunikacji projektowej na poziomie zarządczym.

Szukamy osoby samodzielnej, dobrze zorganizowanej i komunikatywnej, która sprawnie porusza się w środowisku projektowym, potrafi pilnować terminów oraz skutecznie koordynować działania wielu interesariuszy jednocześnie.

Szczególnie dobrze odnajdzie się u nas osoba, która lubi dynamiczne środowisko, potrafi zadbać o porządek organizacyjny w złożonym projekcie oraz swobodnie komunikuje się zarówno z zespołami operacyjnymi, jak i kadrą managerską. Atutem będzie doświadczenie w środowisku telekomunikacyjnym, technologicznym lub infrastrukturalnym.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Koordynacja bieżących działań projektowych;
  • Współpraca ze spółkami Grupy Kapitałowej oraz monitorowanie realizacji powierzonych zadań i terminów
  • Organizacja i prowadzenie spotkań projektowych oraz komitetów sterujących
  • Przygotowywanie prezentacji zarządczych, raportów statusowych oraz materiałów projektowych
  • Sporządzanie notatek, podsumowań oraz ustaleń ze spotkań
  • Monitorowanie harmonogramów, ryzyk, zależności oraz statusów zadań
  • Wsparcie Project Managerów oraz kadry zarządzającej w zakresie administracji i organizacji projektowej
  • Dbanie o sprawny obieg informacji pomiędzy interesariuszami projektu
  • Monitorowanie realizacji ustaleń i egzekwowanie terminowości działań

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze PMO, Project Coordination lub wsparcia projektów
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność działania pod presją czasu
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność skutecznego egzekwowania ustaleń
  • Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu prezentacji, raportów i materiałów dla kadry managerskiej
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office, w szczególności PowerPoint i Excel
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność oraz umiejętność koordynowania wielu zadań i interesariuszy jednocześnie

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w projektach telekomunikacyjnych, IT lub infrastrukturalnych
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację biznesową
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Grupy Kapitałowej lub przy projektach angażujących wiele spółek/jednostek organizacyjnych
