Obowiązki:

  • Samodzielna obsługa oraz precyzyjne ustawianie maszyn CNC zgodnie z dokumentacją technologiczną
  • Wykonywanie przezbrojeń mechanicznych i programowych (bez ingerencji w program główny)
  • Kontrola jakości detali – wykonywanie pomiarów oraz raportowanie odchyleń zgodnie z planem kontroli
  • Wprowadzanie korekt narzędziowych oraz wymiana narzędzi skrawających w celu zapewnienia stabilności procesu
  • Nadzór nad przepływem materiałów między produkcją a magazynem (załadunek, rozładunek, raportowanie w systemie ERP)
  • Realizacja podstawowych czynności konserwacyjnych oraz szybkie reagowanie na drobne awarie
  • Udział w uruchomieniach nowych maszyn i procesów, w tym w produkcji prototypowej
  • Wsparcie i szkolenie mniej doświadczonych pracowników po osiągnięciu odpowiedniego poziomu kompetencji

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obsłudze maszyn CNC w obróbce metali, stopów lub tworzyw sztucznych
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w samodzielnym ustawianiu i przezbrajaniu maszyn
  • Praktyczna znajomość obróbki skrawaniem CNC (frezarki, szlifierki, tokarki typu szwajcarskiego)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z procesami obróbki wykańczającej i powierzchniowej (m.in. elektropolerowanie, anodyzowanie, obróbka wibrościerna, pasywacja, piaskowanie, gratowanie, polerowanie mechaniczne, gięcie, znakowanie/grawerowanie laserowe)
  • Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego oraz swobodna praca z narzędziami pomiarowymi
  • Znajomość programowania CNC (G-code, CAM)
  • Wiedza z zakresu narzędzi kontroli procesu (SPC, MSA, Gage R&R)
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie 3-zmianowym oraz zrównoważonym (12h)

Mile widziane:

  • Wykształcenie średnie techniczne lub równoważne
  • Ukończone specjalistyczne szkolenia z obsługi maszyn CNC
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Doświadczenie w pracy zgodnie z wysokimi standardami higieny i jakości
