Zespół Platform Engineering odpowiada za budowę Internal Developer Platform (IDP), której celem jest uproszczenie pracy zespołów developerskich poprzez automatyzację infrastruktury, standaryzację środowisk oraz zapewnienie skalowalnych narzędzi do budowania i wdrażania oprogramowania.

Szukamy osoby, która pasjonuje się infrastrukturą chmurową, automatyzacją oraz poprawą doświadczenia developerów (Developer Experience) i chce rozwijać platformę wspierającą zespoły technologiczne w skali międzynarodowej.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
  • Zarządzanie i utrzymanie infrastruktury (cloud, sieci, storage, serwery).
  • Automatyzacja procesów infrastrukturalnych i developerskich przy użyciu CI/CD oraz Infrastructure as Code.
  • Tworzenie i rozwijanie narzędzi wspierających zespoły developerskie.
  • Współpraca z zespołami developmentu, operations i security w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb i rozwijania platformy.
  • Monitorowanie wydajności, bezpieczeństwa i niezawodności platformy.
  • Wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk w obszarze bezpieczeństwa oraz zarządzania dostępami.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej oraz wsparcie developerów korzystających z platformy.
  • Śledzenie nowych technologii i ciągłe usprawnianie procesów oraz narzędzi.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w DevOps / Platform Engineering.
  • Doświadczenie z platformami chmurowymi (AWS, Azure lub GCP).
  • Praktyczna znajomość Docker oraz Kubernetes.
  • Doświadczenie z Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible lub podobne).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z CI/CD pipelines.
  • Umiejętność programowania w jednym z języków: Python, Go, Java, Bash, JavaScript lub TypeScript.
  • Dobra znajomość Linux oraz sieci komputerowych.
  • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów i pracy w środowisku projektowym.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie z architekturą mikroserwisową i systemami rozproszonymi.
  • Znajomość narzędzi monitoringu i observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
  • Doświadczenie z Cloud Development Environments (CDE).
  • Wkład w projekty Open Source.
  • Certyfikaty technologiczne (np. Terraform Associate, CKA, certyfikaty chmurowe).
  • Zaawansowana znajomość Git.
