Dla naszego klienta – dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmy z branży pet food – poszukujemy Przedstawiciela Handlowego, który weźmie aktywny udział w budowie i rozwoju struktur sprzedażowych na rynku tradycyjnym.

Firma znajduje się na etapie intensywnego wzrostu, konsekwentnie rozwija dystrybucję i wzmacnia swoją obecność w kanale handlu niezależnego, lokalnych sieci oraz e-commerce. To propozycja dla osób, które chcą mieć realny wpływ na rozwój rynku, a nie wyłącznie realizować gotowe schematy.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów oraz rozwój współpracy z istniejącymi punktami,
  • Budowa i rozwój dystrybucji w kanale handlu niezależnego, lokalnych sieci i sklepów internetowych,
  • Realizacja planów sprzedaży i założeń marżowych,
  • Zapewnienie dostępności produktów na podległym terenie (zbieranie zamówień, uzupełnianie braków),
  • Wprowadzanie nowości produktowych oraz realizacja działań promocyjnych,
  • Dbanie o widoczność marki w punktach sprzedaży (merchandising, ekspozycje),
  • Odpowiedzialność za należności klientów,
  • Planowanie i realizacja wizyt handlowych zgodnie z ustalonym harmonogramem,
  • Bieżące raportowanie działań w systemie CRM.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku Przedstawiciela Handlowego w branży petfood (wymaganie konieczne),
  • Udokumentowane sukcesy w sprzedaży oraz samodzielnym budowaniu dystrybucji,
  • Znajomość zasad funkcjonowania klientów B2B,
  • Wysokie umiejętności sprzedażowe i negocjacyjne,
  • Samodzielność, konsekwencja i nastawienie na realizację celów,
  • Wykształcenie min. średnie,
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do pracy w terenie.
