Dla międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej z branży FMCG poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko:

R&D Manager (k/m)

Zadania:

  • Zarządzanie zespołem R&D odpowiedzialnym za rozwój nowych produktów, reformulacje oraz doskonalenie istniejącego portfolio
  • Tworzenie i realizacja strategii innowacji oraz zarządzanie projektami NPD
  • Priorytetyzacja projektów rozwojowych oraz efektywne zarządzanie zasobami w celu zapewnienia terminowej realizacji wdrożeń
  • Identyfikowanie i wdrażanie inicjatyw optymalizujących receptury, surowce i procesy produkcyjne przy zachowaniu wysokiej jakości produktów
  • Rozwój kompetencji zespołu, mentoring pracowników oraz budowanie kultury innowacyjności i odpowiedzialności
  • Ścisła współpraca z działami Sprzedaży, Marketingu, Produkcji, Supply Chain oraz centralnym zespołem R&D
  • Wspieranie projektów współtworzenia produktów z klientami oraz pełnienie roli partnera technicznego w inicjatywach rozwojowych

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie Technologii Żywności lub pokrewnym
  • Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w branży spożywczej - warunek konieczny
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze produktów piekarniczych będzie atutem
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów R&D/NPD/NPI
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z międzynarodowymi klientami oraz w projektach współtworzenia i wdrażania innowacji
  • Proaktywne podejście, umiejętności komunikacyjne i efektywnej współpracy między działami
