Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej z branży jachtowej poszukujemy kandydata na stanowisko Inżyniera Procesów. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za monitorowanie i optymalizację procesów produkcyjnych oraz wdrażanie rozwiązań zwiększających ich wydajność, jakość i bezpieczeństwo.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Optymalizacja, wdrażanie i ciągłe doskonalenie procesów produkcyjnych w celu zwiększenia wydajności, jakości i bezpieczeństwa oraz redukcji czasu i kosztów produkcji;
  • ustalanie norm czasowych produkcji;
  • kalkulacja pracochłonności procesów produkcyjnych i wspierających;
  • nadzór nad zdolnościami produkcyjnymi;
  • rozwiązywanie problemów produkcyjnych, jakościowych i organizacyjnych;
  • nadzorowanie, optymalizacja i ciągłe doskonalenie procesów pod względem czasu, kosztów, jakości i wydajności;
  • prowadzenie projektów doskonalenia procesów (Lean Manufacturing);
  • utrzymanie i rozwój standardów 5S;
  • opracowywanie oraz rozwój standardów pracy i przeprowadzanie oceny ryzyka;
  • wsparcie działu jakości w analizie problemów jakościowych i reklamacji oraz inicjowanie działań naprawczych.

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie techniczne;
  • wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności organizacyjne;
  • umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu;
  • rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne;
  • doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku;
  • mile widziana znajomość narzędzi i metod Lean Manufacturing;
  • analityczne podejście oraz nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów.
