O projekcie

Poszukujemy osób do wsparcia projektu migracji do SAP S/4HANA. Projekt rozpoczyna się od tygodniowego szkolenia wdrożeniowego w Krakowie w połowie czerwca, po którym uczestnicy będą wspierać operacyjne procesy biznesowe związane z Order Management przez okres około jednego miesiąca.

To doskonała okazja dla osób posiadających podstawową znajomość SAP, które chcą zdobyć doświadczenie przy dużym projekcie transformacyjnym.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Wsparcie użytkowników biznesowych podczas przejścia na SAP S/4HANA
  • Obsługa procesów związanych z Order Management
  • Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych w systemie SAP
  • Monitorowanie poprawności realizacji procesów operacyjnych
  • Współpraca z zespołem projektowym oraz użytkownikami biznesowymi
  • Raportowanie zgłaszanych problemów i wsparcie w ich rozwiązywaniu

Wymagania

  • Minimum 6 miesięcy doświadczenia w pracy z systemem SAP
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i dokładność
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Dyspozycyjność do udziału w tygodniowym szkoleniu w Krakowie w połowie czerwca
  • Gotowość do zaangażowania w projekt przez około miesiąc

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w środowisku produkcyjnym, logistycznym lub SSC/BPO
  • Znajomość SAP S/4HANA
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
