Specjalista/ka z językiem niemieckim lub francuskim – obsługa klienta

Lokalizacja: model hybrydowy Rodzaj umowy: Umowa o pracę

Dołącz do międzynarodowej organizacji i rozwijaj swoją karierę w obszarze obsługi klienta oraz zarządzania zamówieniami. Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiadać za kompleksową obsługę klientów zagranicznych oraz koordynację procesu realizacji zamówień od momentu ich złożenia aż po dostawę.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowa obsługa klientów biznesowych w języku niemieckim lub francuskim.
  • Przyjmowanie, wprowadzanie i monitorowanie zamówień w systemie.
  • Koordynacja procesu realizacji zamówień oraz terminowości dostaw.
  • Współpraca z działami sprzedaży, logistyki, magazynu i finansów.
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących zapytań klientów związanych z zamówieniami, dostawami i dokumentacją.
  • Aktualizacja danych klientów oraz dbanie o poprawność informacji w systemie.
  • Obsługa reklamacji i zgłoszeń zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z klientami.
  • Dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi oraz realizację ustalonych standardów.

Wymagania:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego lub francuskiego (minimum B2).
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta, administracji zamówień lub pokrewnym obszarze będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność ustalania priorytetów.
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji oraz rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office.
