Znasz język niderlandzki i angielski na poziomie min. B2 i szukasz pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku? Dla naszych klientów poszukujemy osób, które chciałyby rozwijać się w obszarze Customer Service, Order Management lub wsparcia procesów biznesowych i administracyjnych.

To dobra propozycja zarówno dla osób posiadających już doświadczenie w pracy biurowej lub korporacyjnej, jak i kandydatów, którzy chcą rozwijać swoją karierę w międzynarodowej organizacji.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • bieżąca obsługa klientów lub pracowników w języku niderlandzkim i angielskim,
  • realizacja zgłoszeń oraz zapytań poprzez dostępne kanały komunikacji,
  • praca w wewnętrznych systemach oraz dbanie o poprawność danych,
  • obsługa zamówień i wsparcie procesów Order Management lub realizacja zadań administracyjnych związanych z procesami HR/P&C,
  • przygotowywanie i aktualizowanie dokumentacji oraz informacji w systemach,
  • współpraca z innymi zespołami i jednostkami firmy,
  • dbanie o terminową i profesjonalną realizację powierzonych zadań.

Czego oczekujemy?

  • bardzo dobrej znajomości języka niderlandzkiego, minimum B2,
  • znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie B2,
  • dobrej organizacji pracy i dokładności,
  • swobody w pracy z systemami i narzędziami komputerowymi,
  • komunikatywności oraz otwartości na pracę w międzynarodowym środowisku,
  • doświadczenie w Customer Service, Order Management, administracji, HR/P&C, SSC/BPO lub podobnym środowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem.
