Technolog Procesu Druku, Laminacji i Cięcia (K/M)

Celem stanowiska jest zapewnienie stabilności, powtarzalności i jakości procesów druku, laminacji i cięcia poprzez bieżący nadzór technologiczny, standaryzację parametrów procesowych oraz systematyczną eliminację przyczyn źródłowych wad.

Zakres Twoich obowiązków:

  • Nadzór technologiczny nad procesami druku (flekso/rotograwiura), laminacji oraz cięcia i przewijania na poziomie parametrów maszynowych, materiałowych i jakościowych.
  • Opracowywanie, wdrażanie i bieżąca aktualizacja instrukcji technologicznych oraz kart parametrów procesowych.
  • Analiza przyczyn źródłowych wad procesowych (m.in. zagniecenia, delaminacja, niedokładne pasowanie kolorów, blokowanie folii, problemy adhezji) oraz prowadzenie działań korygujących i zapobiegawczych.
  • Udział w kwalifikacji i walidacji nowych farb, klejów i podłoży, we współpracy z działem zakupów i R&D.
  • Nadzór nad próbami technologicznymi i testami produkcyjnymi przy wdrażaniu nowych struktur oraz zmian procesowych.
  • Szkolenie i bieżące wsparcie merytoryczne operatorów maszyn drukujących, laminujących i tnących.
  • Współpraca z Działem Jakości przy obsłudze reklamacji od strony technologicznej oraz udział w procesie kart niezgodności (KN).
  • Współpraca z działem R&D przy transferze nowych struktur, w tym mono-materiałów, z fazy prób do produkcji seryjnej.
  • Udział w projektach usprawnień procesowych oraz redukcja odpadu produkcyjnego, poprawa dostępności maszyn i jakości pierwszego przebiegu.
  • Bieżące raportowanie do przełożonego o stanie procesów, wynikach prób oraz zidentyfikowanych ryzykach technologicznych.

Oczekiwania pracodawcy:

  • Doświadczenie w technologii druku, laminacji lub cięcia w produkcji opakowań elastycznych lub w pokrewnej branży (przetwórstwo folii, poligrafia opakowaniowa).
  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (technologia poligraficzna, chemia, inżynieria materiałowa, technologia opakowań lub pokrewne).
  • Praktyczna, samodzielna znajomość procesu druku fleksograficznego i/lub rotograwiurowego oraz laminacji solwentowej i/lub bezrozpuszczalnikowej.
  • Praktyczna znajomość systemów farbowych oraz metod laminacji.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia analizy przyczyn źródłowych (np. 5xWhy, diagram Ishikawy) oraz wdrażania działań korygujących.
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego tworzenia i czytania dokumentacji technologicznej oraz kart parametrów procesowych.
  • Samodzielność oraz umiejętność pracy w środowisku wielozadaniowym, pod presją czasu.
  • Dobra komunikacja i umiejętność współpracy międzydziałowej (produkcja, jakość, R&D, dział handlowy).
  • Mile widziane: znajomość wymagań PPWR oraz trendów zrównoważonych opakowań (mono-materiały, redukcja warstw, udział recyklatu), doświadczenie w pracy w ramach systemów zarządzania jakością (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC/IFS), znajomość języka angielskiego.
