The posting

We are looking for an experienced Web Platform Product Owner to take technical ownership of a large-scale corporate web ecosystem.

This is not a hands-on development role. You will act as the IT-side owner of the web platform, working closely with business stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure that delivered solutions meet the required technical, quality and enterprise standards.

You will combine a strong understanding of web technologies with business awareness and the ability to oversee the long-term development of the platform.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the IT owner of the web platform, supporting business stakeholders in its ongoing development.
  • Own and shape the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
  • Review solutions proposed and delivered by external technology vendors and ensure they meet agreed technical and quality expectations.
  • Provide technical oversight of vendor deliveries without being responsible for hands-on development.
  • Assess technical debt and prioritize platform and infrastructure improvements.
  • Define and oversee standards for testing, QA, releases and production stability.
  • Establish appropriate publishing controls, approval workflows, release governance and technical safeguards.
  • Drive improvements across technical SEO, structured data, schema markup, content architecture and GEO / AI search visibility.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and act as a bridge between business, IT and external technology partners.
  • Support the long-term scalability, sustainability and quality of the web platform.

What we are looking for

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Web Platform Owner, Business Analyst, Digital Platform Lead or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading or owning web platforms or complex web projects.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and architecture. You do not need to be a developer, but you need to understand the technology well enough to evaluate proposed solutions and challenge vendors.
  • Experience working with CMS/DXP platforms and ideally large-scale corporate websites or multi-site environments.
  • Understanding of software delivery, integrations, testing, QA and release management.
  • Experience working with external development vendors, agencies or technology partners.
  • Ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English. Polish is not required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise CMS/DXP solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, Drupal or similar.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, structured data and schema markup.
  • Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI-powered search and emerging trends in digital platforms.

Working model

  • 100% remote
  • Long-term cooperation
  • International environment
  • English-speaking role

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
