Dla naszego klienta z branży ubezpieczeniowej poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Analityka IT, który wesprze projekt związany z analizą dla nowo projektowanego systemu odpowiedzialnego za dystrybucję wiadomości PUSH do klientów. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę biznesową, doprecyzowanie wymagań oraz przygotowanie organizacji do skutecznej realizacji MVP.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • prowadzenie analizy biznesowej i doprecyzowanie wymagań projektowych,
  • przygotowanie uszczegółowionego backlogu, dokumentacji analitycznej, wymagań biznesowych i funkcjonalnych,
  • tworzenie historyjek użytkownika wraz z kryteriami akceptacji,
  • opracowywanie diagramów i modeli procesów biznesowych, przepływów danych oraz integracji między systemami,
  • doprecyzowanie zakresu funkcjonalnego MVP oraz wskazywanie elementów pozostających poza zakresem realizacji,
  • analiza integracji, definiowanie reguł biznesowych i dbanie o ich spójność z projektowanym rozwiązaniem,
  • identyfikacja ryzyk, obszarów niejednoznacznych oraz kwestii wymagających decyzji biznesowych lub architektonicznych,
  • współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi, architektami i zespołami projektowymi.

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie wyższe,
  • minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w roli analityka w zespole wytwórczym, w tym minimum 2 lata w branży ubezpieczeniowej lub finansowej,
  • umiejętność modelowania procesów, m.in. z wykorzystaniem UML lub user story mapping,
  • doświadczenie w dokumentowaniu wymagań, np. z wykorzystaniem BPMN,
  • znajomość pracy w metodykach Agile i Scrum,
  • umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami oraz pozyskiwania i dekompozycji wymagań funkcjonalnych i niefunkcjonalnych,
  • znajomość SQL oraz zagadnień związanych z analizą i modelowaniem danych,
  • znajomość podstaw paradygmatu obiektowego oraz metod przetwarzania danych, takich jak batch processing, workqueue, messaging i kolejki,
  • znajomość wzorców integracji systemów synchronicznych i asynchronicznych,
  • znajomość JSON, schema-avro oraz koncepcji documentation as a code,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1/B2.

Mile widziane:

  • doświadczenie jako lider analityków lub senior analityk,
  • umiejętność projektowania graficznych interfejsów użytkownika w Figma,
  • znajomość podstawowych zagadnień z obszaru UX/UI,
  • certyfikaty z zakresu analizy systemowej, np. IREB Advanced, BABOK/CBAP lub równoważne,
  • znajomość wymagań regulacyjnych, takich jak RODO/GDPR, Solvency II lub DORA.
