Poszukujemy doświadczonego Architekta Hurtowni Danych / BI, który dołączy do strategicznego programu rozwoju środowiska Data & Analytics w jednej z największych organizacji sektora finansowego w Polsce. Rola łączy odpowiedzialność za architekturę danych, transformację chmurową oraz rozwój nowoczesnych platform analitycznych wspierających kluczowe procesy biznesowe. Zakres obowiązków i wymagania pochodzą z zapotrzebowania na rolę Architekt HD/BI.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Projektowanie architektury nowoczesnych systemów analitycznych i hurtowni danych
  • Współpraca z architektami domenowymi, biznesowymi oraz zespołami projektowymi
  • Definiowanie wzorców architektonicznych i standardów technologicznych
  • Wsparcie integracji środowiska chmurowego Databricks z istniejącą hurtownią danych opartą o Oracle i SAS
  • Projektowanie i optymalizacja przepływów danych
  • Rozwój procesów DataOps oraz automatyzacja dostarczania rozwiązań
  • Wykorzystanie narzędzi CI/CD, GitOps oraz AI wspierających rozwój oprogramowania
  • Doradztwo technologiczne i mentoring zespołów Data & BI
  • Zapewnianie spójności architektonicznej rozwijanych rozwiązań

Nasze wymagania

Must have

  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektury rozwiązań Data & Analytics
  • Umiejętność definiowania standardów architektonicznych oraz mentoringu zespołów
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektur hybrydowych (on-premise + cloud)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość modelowania danych i projektowania przepływów danych
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu procesów SDLC dla rozwiązań analitycznych
  • Znajomość praktyk DataOps
  • Doświadczenie w automatyzacji procesów wytwarzania i utrzymania rozwiązań HD/BI
  • Znajomość CI/CD, GitOps oraz Infrastructure as Code
  • Znajomość obszarów: Data Governance Data Quality Metadata Management Data Lineage
  • Doświadczenie z platformami danych Oracle
  • Praktyczna znajomość UML i BPMN
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań opartych o komponenty Microsoft Azure
  • Znajomość narzędzi AI wspierających wytwarzanie oprogramowania (np. GitHub Copilot)
