O projekcie

Dołączysz do zespołu realizującego strategiczny projekt związany z rozwojem rozwiązań antyfraudowych oraz transformacją środowiska danych i raportowania w jednej z największych organizacji na polskim rynku finansowym.

Poszukujemy Analityka, który będzie odpowiadał za analizę wymagań biznesowych i danych, przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz ścisłą współpracę z użytkownikami biznesowymi i zespołami technicznymi przy wdrażaniu nowoczesnych rozwiązań opartych o dane.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza wymagań biznesowych oraz procesów biznesowych
  • Opracowywanie analiz, specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i dokumentacji projektowej
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi przy definiowaniu wymagań dla rozwiązań danych i raportowych
  • Analiza dużych wolumenów danych na potrzeby projektów i testów
  • Przygotowywanie scenariuszy, przypadków oraz wyników testów
  • Wsparcie zespołów deweloperskich podczas projektowania i wdrażania rozwiązań
  • Udział w projektach rozwoju i transformacji architektury danych oraz raportowania

Nasze wymagania

Must have

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w analizie biznesowej lub systemowej w obszarze danych, hurtowni danych lub Business Intelligence
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość SQL umożliwiająca samodzielną analizę danych
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi wolumenami danych
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu dokumentacji analitycznej i specyfikacji wymagań
  • Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu scenariuszy oraz przypadków testowych
  • Umiejętność modelowania procesów biznesowych
  • Praktyczna znajomość UML oraz BPMN
  • Umiejętność współpracy z użytkownikami biznesowymi i zbierania wymagań
  • Analityczne myślenie oraz samodzielność w działaniu

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość branży ubezpieczeniowej
  • Doświadczenie związane z procesami likwidacji szkód, świadczeń lub systemami polisowymi
  • Znajomość SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, makra)
  • Doświadczenie w projektach związanych z hurtowniami danych, migracją danych lub transformacją architektury danych
