Hello Occupational Therapists! AnthroMed Education is a growing organization dedicated to supporting school-based clinicians through thoughtful placements, individualized clinical guidance, and a collaborative team environment. We're hiring a full-time Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist (OT) for an elementary and middle school opportunity in Circle Pines, MN, just north of Minneapolis, for the 2026–2027 school year.
This opportunity is a great fit for both experienced Occupational Therapists and early-career clinicians looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. You'll have the opportunity to support students' development, collaborate with educators and related service providers, and enjoy the dedicated clinical support and resources that come with being part of AnthroMed Education.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in an elementary and middle school setting
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, and functional school participation skills
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in IEP development, progress monitoring, and student-centered intervention planning
- Provide individualized occupational therapy support aligned with student needs and educational goals

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligible for or holding Minnesota Occupational Therapist licensure
- Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
