Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, Anton Paar France recherche un(e) Commercial(e) sédentaire pour rejoindre son équipe commerciale basée aux Ulis (91).

Votre mission principale sera de contribuer activement au développement commercial d’Anton Paar France, notamment à travers la prospection téléphonique, la qualification des leads et la vente à distance.

La prospection, principalement par téléphone, occupe une place essentielle dans ce poste. Nous recherchons donc une personne qui aime décrocher son téléphone, créer le contact avec de nouveaux prospects et transformer les échanges en opportunités commerciales.

CDI – Dans le cadre d’un remplacement

Poste 100 % en présentiel – Pas de télétravail

  • Réaliser quotidiennement des actions de prospection téléphonique B2B ciblée ;
  • Identifier et contacter de nouveaux prospects ;
  • Qualifier les besoins et détecter de nouvelles opportunités commerciales ;
  • Assurer les relances téléphoniques auprès des prospects et clients ;
  • Gérer et qualifier les leads provenant du web, des plateformes digitales et des actions marketing ;
  • Prendre en charge les demandes clients entrantes par téléphone et par e-mail ;
  • Assurer la vente à distance de certains équipements, accessoires et consommables Anton Paar ;
  • Préparer les offres commerciales et assurer leur suivi ;
  • Apporter un soutien quotidien à l’équipe commerciale terrain ;
  • Mettre à jour les informations clients, leads et opportunités dans le CRM ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, marketing, techniques et service ;
  • Participer ponctuellement à des salons, workshops ou visites clients.

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+2/3 minimum en commerce, vente, gestion ou équivalent ;
  • Une expérience en commerce sédentaire, Inside Sales, télévente B2B ou prospection téléphonique est souhaitée ;
  • Vous êtes très à l’aise au téléphone et appréciez la prospection ;
  • Vous n’hésitez pas à prendre l’initiative de contacter de nouveaux prospects ;
  • Vous aimez convaincre, relancer et transformer un premier contact en opportunité commerciale ;
  • Vous avez le goût du challenge et êtes orienté(e) résultats ;
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et proactif(ve) ;
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et CRM ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe ;
  • Un niveau d’anglais professionnel est souhaité.

Une expérience ou un intérêt pour les environnements scientifiques, techniques ou industriels serait un plus.

Le poste est basé au siège d’Anton Paar France aux Ulis (91).

Il s’agit d’un poste 100 % sédentaire et en présentiel, non éligible au télétravail.

Compte tenu de la présence quotidienne requise sur site, un lieu de résidence aux Ulis ou à proximité géographique serait apprécié.

  • Salaire fixe : 38 000 € à 40 000 € brut annuel, selon profil et expérience ;
  • Rémunération variable en complément du salaire fixe.
